🎬 RICHY MEDIA DMV PRODUCTIONS – PAYMENT & FOOTAGE POLICY

Thank you for booking with Kelora Productions. To keep everything professional and smooth, please review the following terms:

🔐 BOOKING & PAYMENT

50% deposit is required to lock in your date.

Remaining balance is due immediately after the event, before I leave the venue.

If you extend the hours during the event, that additional time must be paid in full on-site, same day.

🛠️ EDITING SERVICES

My standard rate covers on-site shooting only.

Editing is not charged for recap videos under 5 minutes, unless we’ve discussed something custom.

Full editing services can be arranged separately at your request and will include their own rate.

🗂️ FOOTAGE STORAGE & ARCHIVING

Footage is only archived and backed up if your balance is paid in full.

If your balance remains unpaid or partial, your footage will only be held for 3–5 days max before deletion.

Clients are responsible for receiving a physical copy of their footage unless archiving is confirmed (paid in full is automatic archiving)
